ABOUT PORTELLE.
We are sisters from Melbourne, who have Italian decent, we are from the south of Italy and rent back over to visit two years ago. Our hearts full of nostalgia, passion, love and motivation. Our culture and background is something we hold very close to our hearts, it's a reflection of our childhood.
Having been brought up by nonni and parents from the south we felt something extra special being along the Adriatic. The gorgeous scenery, starting with the vibrant blue seas, Lively ripe lemons and how could we walk past the Beaming aperol spritz's. Nothing screams euro summer with out those three. Which is where we got our inspiration for the colours and names of our towels
We spent three incredible weeks along the coast and what creates the atmosphere and separates the Italian/ European beaches to our Australian beaches is the hundreds of locals and tourists who set top camp for the whole day by the water. laying by the beach with another group pf people planned beside you only 30cm max away from you creating no personal space, makes the experience like no other.
